Looking for a unique setting for your next celebration or gathering? Located in the heart of downtown Eaton, Preble Arts offers a beautiful blend of historic charm, artistic inspiration, and understated elegance.


Filled with natural light and surrounded by the creativity of our gallery, the space provides a warm, inviting backdrop for bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations, intimate receptions, business meetings, and special events.


With its distinctive character, versatile layout, and convenient on-site parking, Preble Arts offers something beyond the ordinary—a place where creativity, community, and celebration come together. Best of all, when you host your event with us, you're also supporting a local nonprofit dedicated to enriching our community through the arts.

Book Your Event

Venue Rentals

At booking: $50 nonrefundable reservation deposit, applied toward the rental total.

14 or more days before the event: Full refund of payments made, less the $50 deposit.

7–13 days before the event: 50% refund of the rental fee, excluding the deposit.

Fewer than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Payment: Remaining balance due 14 days before the event.

  • Can we bring our own food and drinks?

    Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks.

  • What is included in the rental?

    We provide tables, chairs, restrooms, optional tablecloths, and on-site staff for any questions or assistance you may need. 


    Basic tables and chairs are included with your gallery rental and can be arranged to accommodate a variety of gatherings. 


    Guests are welcome to bring in additional décor, linens, or specialty furniture through outside rental providers to create a setting that reflects their event's style and vision.


    Photographs may feature optional event styling and furnishings not included with the standard rental.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

  • Where do guests park?

    We have parking available in front of our building, and additional parking in our parking lot located directly across the street from our building.

  • What amenities are available?

    Your rental includes access to tables and chairs, restrooms, a kitchenette with a sink and counter space, a refrigerator and freezer, and on-site staff.
