Call for Vendors: Anniversary Block Party 2023!

We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of our 36th Anniversary Block Party Celebration! This exciting event promises to be a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your unique creations and engage with a vibrant community of art and culture enthusiasts.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 23, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Location: in between Cherry and Maple on Main St. (in front of the Preble Arts building in Eaton)
• Set-Up Time: 4:00 PM

We invite you to participate as a vendor at our block party celebration. There is no booth fee for this event, as we value your contribution to our anniversary festivities. Instead, we encourage vendors to consider making a donation from their sales on the day of the event to support Preble Arts' continued mission of fostering creativity and artistic expression within our community.

Set-Up and Logistics:

• Each vendor will be provided with a designated set-up spot on the road, within the parking spaces. A map will be provided to guide you to your specific location, and staff will be on hand if you need any extra guidance!
• Please note that the road will not be blocked off, so we kindly ask all vendors to set up their booths and displays promptly to ensure a smooth and organized event.
• While vendors are required to bring their own tables, we are happy to provide chairs upon request.
• We encourage all vendors to price their items clearly and bring any necessary supplies to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our visitors.
