Canvas Paw Prints!

We will be out at the Purple Paws event July 14th, 11-1:30! The art center will be offering a canvas paw print for $10. Once we stamp your dogs paw print, you may then decorate your canvas to however you like. A portion of the sales will go back to the Fundraiser.

The $10 for the print is not included in the entry fee for the event.

Join YWCA Dayton's Preble County Office during the "dog days" of summer at this day of family-friendly fun with fur-riends! Bring your pet for this third annual signature fundraiser benefitting Preble County's only domestic violence shelter and 24/7 crisis hotline. Activities include:

Pet Showcase. Prizes will be awarded for best pet-and-owner combo, best personality, best purple attire, and best in show. Do you and your pet look alike? Does your pet have a special talent? It all counts!

Pet Parade. Join our event ambassador, Shadow (Eaton Police Department's K9 dog), on a parade of pets through downtown Eaton.

PLUS: Vendors, music and -- special this year! -- our event serves as the VIP access to the City of Eaton's brand-new dog park! Attendees to Purple Paws get exclusive access to the park in advance of its ribbon cutting and grand opening later in the day.
