Art really is for everyone here at Preble Arts. There are classes and workshops  in a variety of mediums to capture the imagination of any dabbling, budding, emerging or practicing artist. Teens can find classes under the Youth programs but teens wanting more can talk to PCAA staff about enrollment in an adult course.

    Join local photographer Michelle Buckley for this unique fall photography walk! Michelle will guide participants on a walk around downtown Eaton, Ohio, giving photography tips, and taking beautiful fall photographs along the way. What a perfect way to welcome fall!

    This event is entry by donation. Register for free, and please bring a donation (value of your choosing) at the start of the event! 

    Participants will meet inside the Preble Arts building at 207 E Main St, Eaton, Ohio, to start the photography walk.

  • My Cartoon Life with Craig Boldman

    Perfect for adults and teenagers ages 13+

    The combination of words and pictures is an effective, exciting and entertaining way to tell a story.

    Start a cartoon journal, with you as the main character and your life as the plot!

    Or perhaps you’d rather create a fictional comic strip inspired by real life.

    In this workshop, we’ll break cartooning down to its simplest steps. We’ll create a short and simple comic strip and learn how the same lessons can be applied to full-length comic books and graphic novels.

    If you like, you can share your creation on Preble Arts' website, for others to view!

    Craig Boldman is a professional cartoonist who has worked for Archie Comics for over thirty years, and written and illustrated his own creations for even longer.
